Mrs Bates, Mrs Harvey, Mrs Shanbhag and Miss Wilkinson welcome you to Year 4. Mrs Bates and Mrs Harvey are our class teachers and Mrs Shanbhag and Miss Wilkinson provide us with extra help. Mrs Pratt teaches us on Wednesday afternoons.

At present we have 31 children in our class.

Autumn Term 2014

This half term we led the harvest assembly. Our theme was to encourage people to waste less food. Here is a photo of us practising.

In English, we have written our own poems.

We have also been reading "The Spiderwick Chronicles"

Maths

In Maths this term we have been measuring lots of objects around school. We explored
outside and calculated that if we run 5 times around the perimeter of the school field
we would travel one kilometre. We enjoyed the challenge !!
